The project was divided into two stages: Influencer Sign-Ups and Brand Deals. In Stage 1, the goal was to onboard as many Influencers, Micro-Influencers, Content Creators, and UGC Creators as possible in preparation for Stage 2, where brands would be targeted. To achieve this, we focused on the most relevant platforms—Instagram and TikTok for influencers, and Meta and LinkedIn for businesses. We collaborated with app developers to ensure proper tracking attribution for post-iOS14 devices and adopted a 'Test & Learn' strategy for ad creatives, launching new tests fortnightly and scaling successful ads to maintain a steady stream of winning content. Budgets, placements, and platforms were carefully managed to maximise results.
